During this week-long retreat, you are invited to:

  • Five 1.5-hour yoga classes – themed on the elements & doshas

  • Cacao, sound and sweat lodge ceremonies to balance and heal each dosha (Vata, Pitta, Kapha)

  • One dosha reading (individual readings if there are 1-2 participants, group reading if there are 3+)

  • Three lifestyle workshop
