Keep it Cool this Summer with Ayurveda

Ayurveda teaches us to brighten our awareness by taking responsibility for our health on all levels. We learn how to be Our Own Healer. 

1) To help increase hydration and protect from water loss leading to dry skin and dehydration, make coconut your best friend. Massage your scalp and feet daily with coconut oil.
Drink plenty of coconut water at room temperature.

2) Use essential oils like Rose and Jasmine to uplift your spirit and cool down. Sandalwood is recommended to clean your energy field.

3) Take regular walks in the evening under the stars and moonlight to help connect you with the cooling power of the moon and the wonders of the great mystery. Try to give them a romantic flava (Mo Betta)

Don't forget to meditate to keep your head cool 😎
