I simply love the whole movie...
Morpheus is saying "Let go"- like it was something easy thing to do.

In Ayurveda, I m Air element. The one element that is designed to "let go". But, how difficult is it to actually "let go"!!! ๐ŸŒฌ๏ธ
The universe is teaching me the wisdom of AIR by creating circumstances where I have to let go. By my own will. Or because I am getting rejected or abandoned etc.. 
It's either I let go with ease or else I suffer.
I figure LETTING GO sweetly is the best option๐ŸŒธ๐Ÿ’•
It's a process that requires patience and persistence.

Many times, I felt like there was no progress. To be honest, even if there are still lots of attachments (people, habits, believes, fears...) in my life - I must say it takes me much less time to let go, I suffer less, I am able to move on much quicker, I can identify much better my attachments, I don't attract as many situations that enhance attachments. And I forgive...๐ŸŽŠ๐ŸŽŠ
How do I do that?
I started with Self Healing - Ayurveda.
It helps to purify my body and my mind - It is an excellent tool for SELF KNOWING.๐Ÿ’•
And I apply the best I can the 8 limbs of YOGA.
For letting go, it is important to focus particularly on good ethics as prescribed by the Indian Sages: 
- Non Possessiveness (aparigraha) - I understand that I do not really own my body, i don't own or control others. the apparent control I have on circumstances is actually limited, maybe an illusion (still trying to figure this out)
- Self Study (Swadhyaya) - I study some scriptures to guide me to understand the real nature of the world. And I observe myself to see when and how I react to people and circumstances. How did I get attached to this person or this job etc..Why Am i not able to let go of a toxic relationship? What are my beliefs-systems? 
Yoga Nidra is great method to go back to the heart center, see situations with more clarity and soothe the pain.
- Pranayama: Kapalabhati / Brahamari / are among my favorite breathwork for that.
- Japa...meditation. When I am in pain because of lack of detachment. I found that reciting a sacred mantra with is the best way to cut my obsessive mind... I redirect the obsession to another object ๐Ÿ’•โค๏ธ๐ŸŒฌ๏ธ
